This PC-based automatic wrapper can weigh, wrap and label up to 35 packages per minute, with linerless labelling for optimized performance to save on downtime, cost and waste.

Reduce printing errors and make the most of your packaging with the adaptable design of linerless labels, which exceeds the usability of a typical die-cut roll. Linerless labels don’t have backing support paper, allowing for more labels per roll while reducing paper waste. With a variety of possible printing lengths, you can program labels to suit your needs, adding ingredients, nutrition facts, allergy information, along with logos and other eye-catching graphics to provide valuable information with marketing opportunities, too.

Wrap smart — A CCD camera automatically identifies the tray when placed on the infeed conveyor. Wrapping and labeling parameters as well as tare weight are then set automatically. The centering conveyor corrects off-center tray placement, resulting in a perfectly wrapped package every time.

Toggling between standard operation and optional functions is made simple with the 12.1-inch LCD colour touchscreen. Many convenient automated functions have been programmed into the system — from film selection to tray centering to robotic label application and more.

The unique robotic applicator design means that labels can be applied on the tray in any location (top, bottom, left or right) and in either direction (standard or rotated). The applicator is designed to provide delicate and reliable labelling using a built-in sensor that detects contact pressure with the tray. Labels are consistently applied accurately and straight on all products without damaging packaging or contents.
